I trained at Guy's Hospital, qualified in 1994 and I practice in Kent and in the West End of London.

I have over fifteen years experience and have worked in a variety of settings - with young people, with patients and professionals in the NHS and with senior business people in a coaching company in Mayfair. So I tend to get on with a wide variety of people and am familiar with the range of problems and difficulties that can occur at some point in our lives. I can offer a safe, confidential environment in which we can look at what is getting in the way of a happier life for you.

I trained in CAT which is a brief, focussed intervention but I also offer long term work where we've both agreed that.

CAT describes problematic patterns of thought, feelings and behaviour in a staightforward and honest way. We then work together towards finding alternative ways of acting or thinking so that you might find more pleasure in your life. It's a safe, first intervention and is very accessible. In the first session we would need to agree what to target for change and whether we 'match' and could work together. I'm friendly and approachable and am happy to discuss your needs on the phone before we meet.

Member of Association of Cognitive Analytic Therapists and United Kingdom Council for Psychotherapy.

Diploma in Cognitive Analytic Therapy.

Accredited as training therapist, supervisor, trainer, tutor by ACAT.
