I am a qualified and experienced Counsellor and Psychotherapist also, a member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP), with extensive experience of working with individuals experiencing a wide range of difficulties with relationship, bereavement, anger, depression, anxiety, stress, low self-esteem, loss, and much more, In addition to my private counselling practice. I am a member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP). I also have experience of working with mental health issues through Mind which is the leading mental health charity for England and Wales.I am also trained in the areas of Relationship issues Bereavement Counselling and Art therapy.
I am an experienced counsellor and my role is to listen actively to your difficulties and help you clarify your needs, thoughts and feelings in a safe, supportive environment. We may look at unresolved past issues, your current life situation, the future or explore together the options you have in making decisions and managing your life. The aim of our work together is to help you gain a greater awareness, feel more in control of your life and open yourself to all of your possibilities furthermore, to help you create and understand healthier relationships with yourself and others.

- My standard rate for individuals is £50 for a fifty minute session.
- £70 for couples/relationships
- My rates are negotiable under certain circumstances (if you are on a low income, benefits or unwaged for example).this will only be available for day time appointments.

- I cover the cost of all telephone calls.

Penge SE20 close to Crystal Palace Park SE19 Parking is available and conveniently placed for public transport.
Bus 176 197 227 194 75, all run about a three minute walk away. I am also one street away from Penge East train station which runs from Bromley South and Victoria. Also, a five minute walk from Penge West train station which runs from Croydon and London Bridge.
