Profile
I can help you with your personal and life issues such as anger management, abuse, bereavement and loss, anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, low self-confidence, phobias, work related issues, trauma, stress, postnatal depression, stress at work, difficulties in sustaining relationships, difficulty in expressing feelings, and loneliness.
I often use CBT (cognitive-behavioural therapy) where my clients have a clear, short term goal - such as depression, anxiety or anger management to achieve satisfaction in 6 to 8 sessions.
For longer term work, I am trained in several forms of humanistic and person-centred approach, using talk therapy, creative arts, existential, gestalt, reparative and trans-personal techniques.
Taking an integrative approach, I also offer supervision to other counsellors.
