Profile
There are many different types of counselling but all aim to provide the conditions you need to explore diffilcult feelings and perhaps find new ways of coping. As a BACP Accredited counsellor with over ten years experience in both the NHS and the voluntary sector, I aim to offer you safe, supportive counselling in a comfortable, non-judgemental and confidential environment. As a Person Centred Counsellor I'll do my utmost to be open and real with you, and try my hardest to see your world as you see it. I hope that we'll be able to work together to find the answers you're looking for.

- I have a particular experience and interest in working with the effects of abuse both in childhood and as an adult; I also have considerable experience in carers issues.
