I am a BACP senior accredited counsellor.
I view counselling as an individuals process of self discovery and personal development. I am the facilitator and the client is the expert on themselves. I will facilitate using CBT or Person centred approached and I may also work with Art materials or Outside (ecotherapy) if I assess this is the most productive way to assist the client.

Training, Qualifications & Experience

BACP Senior accredited Counsellor 1998.
Bsc hons Psychology
Masters Counselling Psychology
Doctorate Psychotherapy.
Person Centred and CBT trained.
I have set up several community based counselling services.
A great deal of generic experience- but also specialist expereince with Eating Disorders - Adult Survivors of Abuse - people with or affected by HIV or Cancer.
