Counsellor Profile

I am a BACP senior accredited counsellor.
I view counselling as an individuals process of self discovery and personal development. I am the facilitator and the client is the expert on themselves. I may work with Art materials or Outside (ecotherapy) if I assess this is the most productive way to work with the client.

Masters Counselling Psychology
Doctorate Psychology
Person Centred and CBT trained.
I have set up several community based counselling services.
A great deal of generic experience- but also specialist expereince with Eating Disorders - Adult Survivors of Abuse - people with or affected by HIV or Cancer.
