Profile
I am a fully qualified counsellor working for a general counselling organisation in Hastings and Bexhill on Sea as well as from my own home, and offer counselling to young people and adults. I offer both long and short term counselling covering such issues as relationships, loss and bereavement, anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, anger, panic attacks and family relationship breakdown. My aim is to help you find ways to achieve the changes that you want to make in your life.
Training, Qualifications & Experience
After teaching for 20 years, I trained as a humanistic/integrative counsellor. I use the person-centred model incorporating Gestalt Therapy and T.A. as applicable. This means that I listen to you and help you find ways that you are comfortable with to cope with issues in your life. I have gained my experience working for two counselling agencies and I am currently project manager for a children's bereavement charity. I offer confidential, non judgemental counselling in a safe and relaxing environment.
