All you need bring to counselling is your story, sometimes just being accepted and heard in a safe, confidential space is enough to feel better about life. Counselling gives you time to explore and clarify your thoughts and feelings, gain understanding about how and why they affect you the way they do, and make choices about how to move forward.
If you are unsure about counselling I offer a free introductory session. Come along and try it out. Evening and weekend appointments available.

I am an integrative, humanistic counsellor and supervisor, and a member of BACP.
Training, Qualifications & Experience
My qualifications are: MSc in Counselling Research, Post Graduate Diploma in Workplace Counselling, and a Post Graduate Diploma in Consultative Supervision.
I have twelve years experience of counselling adults and young people in workplace, school, and private settings. I have worked with abuse, anxiety, bereavement, debt, depression, illness, self esteem, sexuality, trauma, and many others. Please call me if you would like to know more.

Individual Counselling £35 an hour (£45 for weekend appointments)
Couples Counselling £45 an hour (£55 for weekend appointments)
Listening Skills Training for groups of 6 - 40. Call me to talk about your listening skills needs.
Counselling supervision
A respectful, reflective space to recharge your personal and professional batteries, and to have fun! I am an integrative, humanistic supervisor working with individuals and groups using creative techniques to enhance understanding and objectivity. £50 an hour and a half. Group fees vary with the number in the group. If you would like to join or set up a group, give me a call.
