Thank you for visiting my profile.

I work with adolescents, adults and couples. I am an integrative and person-centred counsellor (ie. I use a mixture of theory and creativity and I match how we work to suit your needs).

All you need to bring is your story and your desire to feel differently. Being listened to and accepted in a safe, confidential space can get you feeling better about life. Counselling gives you time to explore and clarify your thoughts and feelings, gain understanding about how and why they affect you the way they do, and make choices about how to move forward. If you are unsure about counselling I offer a free introductory session. Come along and try it out. Evening appointments are available.

I am an accredited member of BACP and a UKRCP Registered Independent Counsellor/Psychotherapist.

Training, Qualifications & Experience

I have twelve years experience of counselling adults and young people in workplace, school, and private settings, on the telephone and face to face. I have worked with abuse, anger management, anxiety, bereavement, debt, depression, illness, relationship issues, self esteem, sexuality, trauma, and many others. Fees

Counselling £40 an hour
Couples Counselling £55 an hour

Supervision £55 an hour and a half.

Listening Skills Workshops for groups of 6 - 40. Timing and content can be adapted to suit your group's needs. Call me for more information and prices to suit you.

Further Information

Employee Counselling
I provide workplace counselling on and off site. Employees under-perform when pre-occupied with personal and/or employment issues. Early intervention with the right support can reduce absenteeism and increase productivity.

Counselling Supervision
A respectful, reflective space to recharge your personal and professional batteries, and to have fun. I am an integrative, humanistic supervisor working with individuals and groups using creative techniques to enhance understanding and objectivity. Group fees vary with the number in the group. If you would like to join or set up a group, give me a call.
