Counsellor Profile

I am an accredited member of the BACP.
My chosen theraputic style is integrative, which means I will use the most appropriate skills to suit the clients needs and help facilitate the best possible outcome.
I have 16 years experience,working with individuals and couples on many areas of difficulty.
I particularily enjoy working with extended/step-family problems.
My work includes delivering training for companies on related issues, such as stress management, life balance and empathetic and assertive skills.

Diploma in Complementary Healthcare Studies. UK college. London.

Edexel/ BTEC Dip. CHCS.2000

City & Guilds Cert. clinical hypnotherapy 1995.

ESCOT cert. in counselling skills, theory & self awareness. 1989-1991.

My experience includes working with relationship difficulties and the problems evolving from relationship breakdown. I have also worked with individuals in turmiol when deciding to take the decision to divorce.
I have a gained a lot of experience over the last 16 years in all areas of loss from bereavement , redundancy , relationship, re-location, retirement and major changes in family cirumstances.

Supervision:3 years experience of supervision work. I am currently studying for a Diploma in Supervision and would be prepared to work with other counsellors of all levels, at reduced rates.

Fees

Fees will vary depending upon issue and numbers ie; family groups. Range £35-£50.
Sessions are for a full 60 minutes

1st appointment is 2 hours for which I only charge for 1 hour.

Supervision/case consultation fees by arrangement.
