Profile

I work in a supportive way to help you make positive changes in your life. This involves looking at the present situation, at relationships, and how the past may also be having an influence on your life. We will look at establishing goals for you and examine different options with new perspectives.

I appear on t.v. programmes, most recently being interviewed by Anglia tv on the topic 'Can Money Make You Happy?' I am currently writing one self-help book and co-authoring another. I have been in practice since 1985 and am a former senior lecturer in counselling. For four years I was a policy advisor to the British Association for Counselling & Psychotherapy, playing a key role in shaping the direction of counselling in Britain.

I work with both individuals and couples.
