I am a Counsellor/Therapist who offers safe, professional, friendly and confidential counselling for individual adults, young people, children (and together as a family) in the Chester area presenting with various issues including -
* Depression

I work both with short-term therapy (typically between 6 - 12 sessions), and also more long-term for those who have more complex difficulties. This will be discussed during your intial session, but there is always flexability in the way we work together and can be reviewed at any time.

10 years plus experience working with adults, young people and children on an individual and/or families basis, including:-
6 years experience working within a private psychological setting, to provide assessments adn comprehensive psychological reports for the Courts
2 years voluntary experience working within a Charity setting (Mind) with clients presenting with complex issues
3 years experience working with children, young people and families within an NHS Child and Adolescent Mental Health Service (CAMHS)
2 year member of the Targetting Mental Health in Schools (TAMHS) Team

Fees

Fees range from £40.00 - £50.00 per 50 minute session for individuals and £50 for family sessions.  I operate a sliding scale for OAP's, Students and those who have financial difficulties

I do not charge for appointments that are cancelled, as long as 24 hour notice is given

Payment accepted by either cash, cheque, or direct via BACS or Paypal.
