Counsellor Profile

For those times in your life when you just can’t cope, call 01603 440078. I am a BACP registered Psychotherapeutic Counsellor and Crisis Therapist specialising in supporting those experiencing the turmoil of stressful and painful emotions, such as depression and anxiety. I work within an Integrative model of therapy, with an emphasis on CBT, allowing me to meet your individual needs.

I work as part of a team offering immediate 'emotional first-aid' to those temporarily finding themselves unable to cope and needing a quick and effective solution to their crisis. We wil see you within 48 hours following your call (see website for further information).

I also offer a professional counselling service for individuals, families and couples on a longer term basis. All clients are able to discuss personal issues of any kind in a safe and confidential environment.

Fees

Crisis Therapy:
Initial one and a half hour assessment (carried out by two trained therapists) from £65.00.
Further sessions from £40.00/hour.

Counselling/Psychotherapy:
For individual from £40.00/hour
For couples/families from £60.00/hour

Reduced fee places may be available.

Extra Information

We specialise in providing immediate 'emotional first-aid' by responding to your call within 24 hours and seeing you within 48 hours.

Evening, Daytime and Weekend appointments are available, across Norfolk and Suffolk. Assessments for the 'crisis service' are usually carried out in the client's home, further sessions are held in community settings where appropriate.
