Counsellor ProfileI am a fully qualified Person Centred counsellor providing a safe, non-judgemental and confidential environment for you to explore all aspects of yourself. The relationship is collaborative and my role is to facilitate your exploration and discovery, not to give advice. Whatever you are feeling or going through, counselling can provide a unique and committed relationship that offers an opportunity for you to explore your feelings, thoughts and needs and to discover your own solution.

My qualifications are Diploma in Counselling skills and theory. I have worked in the ‘caring profession’ since 1982 working within the NHS paramedic community, and in charitable organisation's gaining experience in a variety of specialties such as general and mental health, drug and alcohol dependency. I have recently completed courses in Solution Focused Therapy, Introduction to Grief & Loss.

FeesThe Counselling sessions will take place in my home. or if you wish I am prepared to travel to your home address or location. I offer flexible weekly and weekend sessions and my standard fee for one Counselling session is £30 and £40 for EAP'S however, fees can be negotiable depending on your financial status, i.e., students, unemployed, etc, this can be discussed in the first session. I am a member of the BACP, and I am bound by their Ethical Framework for Good Practice in Counselling and Psychotherapy
