I am a Chartered Counselling Psychologist registered with the British Psychological Society (BPS), the Health Professions Council (HPC) and approved by Medical Insurance companies such as Bupa and AXA PPP.
I consult at Harley Street working with a wide range of issues: anxiety, stress, anger, autism, bi-polar disorder, bereavement, OCD, personality disorders, phobias, psychosis, relationship difficulties, self-esteem, self-harm, sexual problems and sleep disorders.
I speak English and Greek.
Training, Qualifications & Experience
I am have experience within the NHS and in private practice. I work within an Integrative framework using Cognitive Behavioural Therapy and Cognitive Analytic Therapy. I have worked with adults, adolescents, children and families for the last 10 years. I have worked at Guy's Hospital, at NHS Medical centers, at MIND, and an overseas Therapy clinic. I have lectured in psychology for the last 5 years at higher education level. I hold an MA and post-MA in Counselling Psychology, and four further degrees (including two Masters in Psychology and Management.

Fees
Psychotherapy sessions last 50 minutes and cost between £60.00 - £100.00 depending on the clients circumstances.

We are accredited with all the major health insurance companies such as: BUPA, AXA, Pruhealth, Norwich and others. If yours is not shown, please check with us beforehand. If you have private healthcare insurance, we hold recognition as providers of healthcare in the field of psychology with all the major insurance companies. Some insurance companies require a formal referral from a GP or psychiatrist to validate a claim to see a psychologist. In this case, we will provide you with information with regards to a number of specialist colleagues whom we work closely with and recommend. If you are unsure of the procedures adopted by your insurers, please contact them beforehand to check any necessary steps to be taken to pre-authorise your sessions.
