Counsellor Profile

I have considerable experience as a psychotherapist and counsellor. My approach is informed by an understanding of attachment relationships both in childhood and in adulthood, understanding the effects of traumas past and present, mourning, creativity and difference.

I work face to face and also offer telephone counselling by arrangement.

I am an experienced supervisor for individuals and groups.
I offer counselling/psychotherapy for student counsellors/psychotherapists.

I trained as a psychotherapist with The Centre for Attachment Based Psychoanalytic Psychotherapy (CAPP) where I was registered and became accredited with UKCP. I am now a full member of BACP.
I am a training therapist and supervisor for various counselling diploma courses and for university MA psychotherapy courses.
