Counsellor Profile
Every person's needs are unique, and that is the basis of my integrative, whole-of-life approach. In complete confidence, and on a short-term or open-ended basis - again depending on the client's need, we work together:
- to explore the underlying cause(s) of your problem(s) and consider what might be stopping you from reaching your full potential, and
- to determine what you might need to do to improve your situation
Our work together will enable you to better understand, appreciate, and accept yourself, to modify your behavior so that it is more productive and rewarding for you, and to help you move towards becoming the kind of person you want to be.
