Hi, I'm Helen,

I'm a qualified psychotherapist/counsellor, based in Sutton Coldfield, and Erdington. There is easy access from Birmingham and Lichfield,by train on the Cross-City Line, or by bus.

I enjoy working with adults on an individual basis. This can be on an open-ended contract or for a negotiated number of sessions.
