Hi, I'm Helen.
I am a psychotherapist and an experienced counsellor working in the Sutton Coldfield area who has completed the Masters in Gestalt Psychotherapy training.

I have a variety of experience which currently includes working in private practice and as an associate counsellor in a student counselling service. I've worked for a number of years within the NHS, both in Primary Care and a hospital setting.

My therapy style is holistic and person-centred. I draw on humanistic and Gestalt therapy theory and really enjoy working with people in a one-to-one relationship. Among my interests is the influence of findings from neuroscience on psychotherapy practice.
