Profile
I specialise in offering therapy to young people aged 4-18.
I am an accredited member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP).
I have spent years working with children and young people, as teacher, parent, youth leader and now counsellor and coach. I believe in empowering young people to become all that they can be.
For this reason, I spend some of each week offering play therapy and counselling or coaching to children and young people, both in school and in my private practice. I liaise with the parent/carer where possible to ensure the best outcome for the young person.

With young people, I work integratively, responding to need, in a child-friendly way which may involve play therapy, talking therapy or a mixture of both, according to the young person's choice. Some teenagers respond better to coaching and some counselling.
