I offer professional care and support to individuals and couples wishing to explore emotional difficulty or distress in a safe, confidential environment.

I am a member of BACP (British Association of counselling and Psychotherapy) and I adhere to its ethical guidelines for good practice.

Cert Counselling Skills & Theory Level 3

I have experience of working with a wide range of issues including anxiety, relationships, depression, stress, loss of direction, confusion, abuse, divorce & separation, self harm, bereavement, loss and general life issues.

I have additional specialist training and experience of working with young people and adolescents.

I also have additional specialist training and experience of working with Couples and relationships.

    Fees

    Sessions for individuals are charged at £30.00 with a reduced fee for people experiencing financial difficulty - this is negotiable at assessment.

    Sessions for couples are charged at £40.00.

    Extra Information

    Counselling aims to facilitate exploration of emotional conflicts and concerns; patterns of behaviour and negative thought processes. The process of counselling aims to enhance self awareness, thereby enabling choice and facilitating change.
