I am an experienced counsellor offering professional care and support to both individuals and couples wishing to explore emotional difficulty or distress in a safe, confidential environment.

My counselling room is based in New Barn, near Longfield in Kent and is easily accessible from the A2, A20 and surrounding areas.

I am an accreditable member of BACP (British Association of counselling and Psychotherapy) and as such I adhere to its ethical guidelines for good practice.

Diploma Integrative Counselling
Advanced Certificate in Couple Counselling
Certificate Counselling Skills & Theory Level 3
Certificate Counselling Skills & Theory Level 2

My theoretical orientation is integrative, with a special interest in Gestalt Psychotherapy. Gestalt is concerned with the whole person, encouraging balance between body, intellect, feeling and imagination.

I have additional specialist training and experience of working with young people and adolescents from the age of 10 years.

I also have additional specialist training and experience of working with Couples and relationships.

My fee is £40.00. Sessions are for 50 minutes weekly.

Counselling will offer you care and support as you explore your emotional conflicts and concerns; patterns of behaviour and negative thought processes. The process of counselling aims to enhance your self awareness, thereby enabling choice and facilitating change.
