Change starts with a good therapeutic relationship, i offer you confidential and professional therapy within a comfortable, quiet and relaxed environment.

I practice as a Humanistic therapist, offering to you a rounded and individually centered whole approach thus helping you to deal with unresolved difficulties and worries that affect you within your life.

I view the therapeutic relationship between therapist and client as fundamental in facilitating change.
This requires the therapist to offer time a safe environment and to be non-judgmental, empathic and genuine in order for trust to develop.

I offer short term or long term Counselling. evening appointments only at present some weekend appointments available too.

Self referrals also referrals from Parents, Carers, Work places, Schools/Colleges, GP practices accepted.

Fees

£35 per session on a sliding scale.
Fee negotiation dependent on personal circumstances.
Lower fee for students on Person Centered or humanistic Counselling Diploma courses requiring personal therapy.
I offer sessions evenings and sometimes at weekends.
I will also consider home visits by negotiation.
I see clients usually weekly of fortnightly.

I am a member of the British Association for Counselling & Psychotherapy (BACP) and to ensure good practice follow the Ethical Framework for Good Practice in Counselling and Psychotherapy set by the association.

I am Fully CRB checked which is updated regularly.
