Counsellor Profile
I speciailise in helping people to make changes that they would otherwise find difficult to make on their own.
I support people in improving their emotional wellbeing, learning new habits & coping strategies, developing new skills, and in making life changes.
I provide one to one counselling and life coaching. I also work with couples and groups. I tailor my services to meet individual needs and circumstances. I work mainly face to face with clients but also offer integrated programmes that offer a mixture of face to face, telephone and email work.
My aim in working with clients is to enable them to manage their lives in a more effective way and to become their own counsellor or life coach.

I have worked in the field of personal development for over 20 years and have supported people at all levels.
I have an advanced diploma in counsellings, a post graduate certificate in psychological coaching and a dilpoma in personnel and development. I have worked in the public, voluntary and private sector. I accept referrals direct from individuals as well as organisations including the NHS.
I am an accredited member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy. I adhere to the BACPs Ethical Framework for Good Practice in Counselling.
