We will work together, at your own pace on whatever is affecting your life and happiness. I have worked with many of life's issues and would be pleased to discuss your particular needs.

The way I work is that you are the expert on yourself, and that my role is to help you work through issues and/or reach new understanding and peace. I do not give advice or tell you what to do.

I have worked with the local PCT (Primary Care Trust), and a local Mental Health organisation on a sessional basis.
