Counsellor Profile

I provide a confidential, safe and impartial space where you can talk about emotional issues which may be stopping you from getting the most out of your life.

Exploring your concerns can often help you better understand your strengths, build on them and find ways to make the changes that you want.

At first, it may be difficult to think about some of these feelings. Rather than give you advice, the aim is to give you choices and options that you may not have considered.

Training, Qualifications & Experience (more info)

I qualified (Dip Psych.) at the WPF Counselling and Psychotherapy in London, regarded as one of the leading training organisations in the UK, with a reputation for both clinical and academic excellence.

I am a full member of the FPC, UKCP and registered with the BACP. Their role is to promote, maintain and uphold the highest standards of counselling and psychotherapy and I adhere to their code of ethics.

Before qualifiing as a therapist I worked in the creative sector of the broadcast industry.
