I am an experienced Person Centred Counsellor (BACP Accredited) who is able to offer time and space to explore any concerns that you may be experiencing in a safe, supportive, non-judgemental and confidential environment.

Sometimes it can be hard to talk to friends and families about what you might be going through and how this makes you feel. I dont tell you what to do or how to behave, but listen and explore with you your own solutions. I believe that everyone has the ability to develop and change, and to find the inner resources that you may have lost.

I am also a qualified Person Centred Supervisor but can work collaboratively with other approaches. 

In addition to my private practice, I have worked extensively with adults, couples, families, young people and children for over 8 years within organisations, including Cruse Bereavement Care, Connexions Youth Counselling, Primary and Secondary Schools.
