Profile

I am an experienced Integrative counsellor/psychotherapist and supervisor (integrating the approaches of the Person-Centred approach, Cognitive Behavioural therapy, Gestalt and Transactional analysis). I offer individual, couple and group counselling to adults and children, as well as life-coaching. I am BACP accredited and UKRC registered independent Counsellor.

I am the managing director and trainer of KGA (Karen Grant Associates) which offers training in counselling including level 2 Certificate in Counselling Skills, level 3 Certificate in Counselling Studies and level 4 Diploma in Therapeutic Counselling (accredited by the Counselling and Psychotherapy Central Awarding Body - CPCAB). 

I have two clinical practices: Harley Street, London and Brighton.
