Counsellor Profile

I trained as a counsellor and psychotherapist because I believe in people, and believe in their potential. It is such a privilege to be able to help my clients get in touch with that potential, and to watch them grow and experience greater fulfilment in their lives. I take an integrative approach, drawing on a rich variety of different theories and techniques, so I can best meet the needs of each individual client.

It can be scary for many people to take that initial step to contact a counsellor or therapist, but most people who do so find the journey of therapy deeply rewarding.

My practice is located in Central London, near Old St tube (Northern Line.) It's also a short walk from Liverpool St tube and mainline services.

I have a Diploma in Therapeutic Counselling, the result of an intensive four-year training and have several years of experience working with a wide range of clients. As part of my commitment to my ongoing professional development I am also in the final stages of an MA in Psychotherapy. I am a Member of BACP (British Association for Counselling & Psychotherapy), and am bound by its code of ethics.
