I am a (chartered) counselling psychologist working from an integrative, relational perspective. I am accredited with the BACP (British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy) and chartered with the BPS (British Psychological Society). I offer individual psychological therapy for a wide range of mental health problems such as depression, anxiety, relationship difficulties, anger, addictions, stress, eating disorders, bereavement, sexual abuse and self harm.
