Fees
My fees are £25 per session with negotiable fees for trainee counsellors who need personal therapy as part of their training and for the unwaged.
The first meeting gives us the opportunity to decide whether we can work profitably together and to begin to establish a sound working relationship. It also gives us an opportunity to talk about what you would like from counselling and how we can work together to achieve that.
Extra Information
I can be contacted by phone or email (see above). If I am not able to answer the phone, please leave a message and I will return your call as soon as I can.
I offer both short and long term counselling and I work integratively and humanistically, which means that I can draw on aspects of different counselling approaches, such as Person centred and Gestalt and that the working relationship between client and counsellor is central.
Gestalt therapy focuses on the whole person of the client, here and now and on his actual experienced reality rather than on the ideas and beliefs he may have about his experiences. It can help people who wish to become more aware of who they are and how they relate to others and is suitable for any kind of personal problems.
