Profile

As an experienced UKCP Registered counsellor and psychotherapist I offer a warm empathic and non-judgemental space where you can talk about feelings which may up to now have felt confusing or overwhelming.   Some of the reasons you might want to come to therapy are feelings ranging from mild anxiety to deep despair as well as anger, stress, anxiety, loss, depression, emotional, sexual and relationship issues, though this list is not exhaustive.

It can be a relief just to have been able to talk to someone about how you are feeling.  Our first session will give you the chance to see whether therapy would be right for you.  After a period in therapy many clients find they are more comfortable with themselves and able to live a more fulfilled life.

I practice in Watford and in Islington, Both locations are a secure and comfortable environment for therapy.  My Islington practice is a short walk from both Angel and Highbury and Islington Tube stations, within easy reach of the City. Local buses from the City, West End, Stoke Newington and Hackney stop nearby.  There is on-site parking at Watford.

As a member of the British Association for Counselling and Psycotherapy (BACP) I am bound by its Code of Ethics and Practice.

Training, Qualifications & Experience

I am Registered with the United Kingdom Council for Psychotherapy and the British Psychoanalytic Council and am a member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy and the Foundation for Psychotherapy and Counselling.

I have qualified as both a counsellor and a psychotherapist with wpf Therapy, one of the most prestigious therapy organisations.

I see clients either in Islington, a short walk from Angel Tube, convenient for Central London and the City or in Watford, close to North-West London and South Hertfordshire. On-site free car parking is avalable in Watford.
