Camilla went along to Veolia recycling and waste management’s Nottingham headquarters to show staff some of her best dance moves, after which she conducted the draw which had been promoted by the company as part of their charity of the year partnership with Mind.
Veolia Regional Director Steve Mitchell said that they all had a great time being shown some moves by Camilla and are really pleased she came down to support the company’s efforts to raise funds for Mind up and down the country.
Veolia have been selling raffle tickets throughout all of their sites in a bid to raise vital funds for Mind which will help towards keeping their infoline up and running. Veolia have joined up with Mind for a year and in that time hope to raise £100,000 for the charity.
Camilla said: “It was great to meet the local Veolia staff who are doing so much to help people with mental health problems through their partnership with Mind. They put their best feet forward with a few dance steps and are certainly doing the same with their fundraising!”
